We want you to be satisfied with your preserved botanical arrangement. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to discuss return or exchange options.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Preserved botanical arrangements are delicate and must be handled with care. Items that have been damaged due to improper handling or storage may not be eligible for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us using the information provided below. We will provide instructions for returning the item. Returns must be shipped using appropriate packaging to protect the preserved botanicals during transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Custom Orders

Custom or personalized preserved botanical arrangements may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect in workmanship or the item does not match the agreed specifications. Please contact us to discuss options for custom orders.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement, repair, or refund depending on the circumstances.
